Babson Skating Center offers public skating, public hockey, training sessions, private ice, birthday parties, Babson Varsity Hockey games, and a variety of group skating lessons for all ages and abilities within our Learn to Skate program.

Registration: After logging into your account, select the Registration tab above to register for any of our programs or activities. Please note that advance registration and payment is currently required for all programs and activities.

Learn to Skate Program: We offer a variety of skating classes for all ages and abilities within our Learn to Skate program. Our skating classes are designed by Learn to Skate USA and build upon foundational skills through a progression of classes. Please note that a current Learn to Skate USA membership is required for all skating classes.

Learn to Play Program: We offer a Learn to Play program for beginnner through intermediate hockey player. Our learn to play hockey classes are based on the Learn to Skate USA program and teach hockey skills, drills, stick and puck handling, and the basics of hockey games. Please note that a current Learn to Skate USA membership is required for all hockey classes.

Training Ice: We offer Training Ice for competitive figure and hockey skaters to train, practice and develop their skills through private lessons. The following Training Ice sessions are available: Freestyle (open to figure skaters only), Hockey (open to hockey players only with hockey gear required and sticks/pucks permitted), and Combined (open to both figure and hockey skaters, no sticks/pucks permitted). Please note that these sessions are only open to skaters taking private lessons. 

Learn to Skate USA Membership: Prior to class registration, all skaters must have a current Learn to Skate USA membership. Please list current member number during the registration process. New members may enter "Pending" and membership will be verified on a regular basis. Please select the Membership tab above for more information and to join Learn to Skate USA.

Schedules: Select the Schedules tab above to view our calendars for public session, skating classes, training sessions, and other rink events. 

Birthday Parties: We offer birthday parties during selected public sessions throughout the year. Click here to email the Skating Program Director for birthday party information. 

Private Ice and Facility Rentals: Requests are available by clicking here. Requests should include your contact information along with the requested date, time, type of event, and any additional relevant event details. We will contact you with details and to schedule your event.
